LIV Golf announced it will return to the New York market in 2026 with an event at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, setting dates of Aug. 6-9, 2026.
The league said LIV Golf New York will mark its third visit to Bedminster and its first event at the course since the 2023 season. Tickets are set to go on sale Tuesday, Jan. 27, at LIVGolf.com, including premium hospitality options and general admission grounds passes. The league said the event will include golf along with live music and family-friendly experiences.
“As we prepare for our biggest season yet, LIV Golf is excited to return to Trump National Bedminster and the bold, championship-caliber test its presents for our players,” Ross Hallett, LIV Golf executive vice president and head of events, said in a statement. “Following two successful events in 2022 and 2023, we are thrilled to showcase elite golf, family focused activities, an immersive fan environment, and premium hospitality that has become synonymous with the LIV Golf experience.”
The most recent LIV Golf event at Bedminster took place in August 2023. Ripper GC captain Cameron Smith won the individual title that week, and the all-Australian team finished at 20-under for an 11-stroke victory to claim its first team title of the season.
LIV Golf said the 2026 event in Bedminster will feature a field that includes 13 major champions with a combined 23 major championships. The league highlighted Smith, Joaquin Niemann and Tyrrell Hatton among those expected to compete, along with major champions Bryson DeChambeau (Crushers GC), Jon Rahm (Legion XIII), Bubba Watson (RangeGoats GC), Phil Mickelson (HyFlyers GC), Dustin Johnson and Patrick Reed (4Aces GC) and Sergio Garcia (Fireballs GC).
The league also pointed to younger players in its 57-player field, including Michael La Sasso (HyFlyers GC), Elvis Smylie (Ripper GC), Tom McKibbin (Legion XIII), Caleb Surratt (Legion XIII), and Spanish players Josele Ballester and David Puig.
LIV Golf New York will be the fifth U.S. event confirmed for the league’s 2026 season and part of a 14-event schedule that includes stops in Riyadh, Adelaide, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, Mexico City, Virginia, Andalucía, Louisiana, the United Kingdom, Indianapolis and Michigan, with one event still to be announced.
