Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson negotiated a 1,100-square-foot lease with Rise & Restore Counseling at 185 Route 206 in Roxbury. Vice President Joseph F. Vindigni represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
Rise & Restore Counseling is a mental health counseling practice that it says is dedicated to providing individuals, couples, and families with a safe, empathetic and authentic therapeutic environment. The practice supports clients through anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, disconnection, and other emotional challenges both in-person and virtually throughout New Jersey.
The office building is at 185 Route 206 and is an 8,500-square-foot freestanding structure near Interstate 80 in western Morris County. The property features on-site parking and an advanced HVAC system with six-zone heating and cooling and offers proximity to several major retailers including Lowe’s Home Improvement and Chili’s Bar and Grill.
“Demand for well-located, right-sized office space in Morris County is steadily growing, especially among community-based health-care providers like Rise & Restore Counseling,” said Vindigni. “Spaces like 185 Route 206 provide the accessibility and comfort that are essential for providers looking to deliver personalized, patient-focused care.”
