Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson said on March 20 that Kim Kretowicz was hired as senior vice president and was designated as a member of the NAI Global Healthcare Advisory Group.
Real estate firms are working with health systems to lease or convert non‑medical buildings such as office buildings and educational facilities to accelerate expansion and slash costs. Health-care delivery is shifting from inpatient hospitals to outpatient facilities such as medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers.
In her new role, Kretowicz will leverage her national industry relationships to spearhead the firm’s continued growth in health-care real estate while further expanding its presence across the Monmouth County commercial real estate market.
“NAI James E. Hanson’s longstanding reputation for superior market expertise and delivering strong results for clients makes the firm an ideal fit for this next chapter of my career,” said Kretowicz. “I’m excited to join such a respected organization and look forward to helping clients navigate the complexities of the healthcare real estate market and transaction process.”
Kretowicz represents health systems, physician specialty groups, family offices, and private investors in medical outpatient investment sales, physician sale-leasebacks, and medical office leasing assignments. She is regarded as an expert in the Monmouth County market, where she will continue growing the firm’s presence through office investment sales and agency leasing assignments.
Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson, Kretowicz served as a senior managing director and designated fellow within Colliers’ National Healthcare Services Group, where she led healthcare investment sales and advisory assignments across the tri-state region, with a particular focus on New Jersey as the platform’s health care market expert.
“Kim’s wealth of experience, expansive network, and client-focused approach make her a key addition to our team,” said William C. Hanson, SIOR, president of NAI James E. Hanson. “Her leadership will be pivotal to expanding our health-care platform and deepening our expertise in the Monmouth County market.”
