Panepinto Properties begins leasing for 505 Summit in Journal Square

Panepinto Properties on March 23 began leasing at 505 Summit, a 53-story residential tower featuring 605 apartment homes, Manhattan skyline and Statue of Liberty views, and a suite of amenities in Jersey City’s Journal Square.

Located next to the Journal Square PATH station, 505 Summit offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with rents starting from the $2,700’s, including limited-time grand opening incentives of up to 2.5 months free. Initial occupancy is scheduled for late spring.

The mixed-use project includes 3,200 square feet of retail space and a new landscaped public plaza.

Panepinto Properties has appointed The Marketing Directors as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for 505 Summit, with Greystar serving as property manager. The leasing launch includes the opening of an on-site leasing office and the debut of five fully furnished model residences, offering prospective renters an unusually comprehensive opportunity to experience the scale, layouts, and finishes of the homes firsthand. The model residences are merchandised by Panepinto Interiors and Regina Mariano Design.

“505 Summit brings together the qualities that continue to draw residents to Journal Square, new high-rise living, curated amenities, and immediate access to PATH service alongside the neighborhood’s growing mix of shops, dining, services, and cultural destinations,” said Joseph A. Panepinto Sr., president and CEO of Panepinto Properties, which was founded in 1977.

Designed by New York–based HLW International, homes feature nine-foot ceilings, luxury plank flooring, in-home washer and dryer, and kitchens appointed with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, full-height ceramic tile backsplashes, and soft-close cabinetry. Bathrooms are finished with equally elevated materials and fixtures, along with porcelain tile floors and walls.

505 Summit offers an amenity program designed to support modern lifestyles. Indoor spaces include a welcoming lobby lounge, resident lounge, game room, karaoke lounge, co-working areas, children’s playroom, communal pantry, pet spa, multi-sport simulator, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studio.

Outdoor amenities are anchored by a rooftop deck featuring an outdoor pool and sundeck, barbeque and dining areas, and a dedicated dog run.

“505 Summit enters the market with stylish homes complemented by a carefully considered amenity collection,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “The building delivers a complete residential experience for renters seeking a sophisticated Journal Square lifestyle.”

At the center of Journal Square’s appeal is its transportation network, anchored by PATH service providing direct access to lower and midtown Manhattan, Jersey City, Hoboken, and Newark. NJ Transit and private bus lines further enhance connectivity.
