DIGroup Architecture, a New Brunswick-based certified minority-owned architecture firm, recently helped celebrate the grand opening of Urban Health Plan’s Park Tree Community Health Center in the Bronx, New York.
The facility marks the seventh federally qualified health center designed for UHP by DIGroup.
UHP, one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers in New York state, is a nationally acclaimed model of innovation in community health care and disease prevention. In this community with high rates of diabetes, hypertension and heart disease, the new 8,000-square-foot Park Tree Extension Clinic offers residents medical services for all ages, including: family medicine, COVID vaccines, health education, onsite lab services, telehealth and more.

Earlier this year, DIGroup Architecture helped UHP break ground on a new 52,000-square-foot health care facility at 1095 Southern Blvd. in the Bronx that it also designed.
