Garden Homes launches luxury townhome sales in Morris County community

Parc North boutique community features luxury townhome and carriage-style residences

Sales have launched at Parc North, a collection of 49 luxury townhomes and carriage home-style residences in Florham Park, according to the development team at Garden Homes.

The community presents a rare opportunity for homebuyers seeking new construction in one of Morris County’s most sought-after suburban locales.

Located on Vreeland Road, Parc North marks the second local project for Short Hills-based Garden Homes and is led by the same development team behind Northgate, a neighboring, highly popular age-restricted condominium community.

Homes at Parc North offer up to 3,200 square feet of architecturally inspired living space distinguished by airy, open floor plans, dramatic great rooms and chef-inspired center island kitchens, with most homes featuring a patio or deck. A variety of two- and three-bedroom floor plans include two full bathrooms with many designs also incorporating a first-floor powder room.

“Parc North has been designed with broad appeal for a wide range of homebuyers, including empty nesters looking to reside in an upscale, maintenance-free environment, yet remain close to friends and family in suburban northern New Jersey,” Garden Homes’ Scott Loventhal, managing partner, stated. “The spacious and well-appointed interior layouts of these thoughtfully designed homes provide plenty of room both for everyday living and entertaining family and friends.”

Parc North sits on five acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Prospective buyers can choose from eight distinctive floor plans, each with an extensive list of upscale and designer appointments such as 9-foot first-floor ceilings, great rooms with gas fireplaces, Pella windows, oversized unfinished basements, one- and two-car garages with automatic garage doors and kitchens with custom cabinetry and JennAir appliances.

Situated off Hanover Road, Parc North offers buyers a coveted Florham Park address proximate to major highways, shopping and dining, entertainment, parks, business centers and Cooperman Barnabas and Morristown medical centers. The community is just moments away from Life Time Florham Park, a 110,000-square-foot athletic resort with workout floor, indoor/outdoor pools, sport courts, group fitness studios, kids’ spaces and more. The thriving communities of Livingston, Morristown, Madison and Chatham are all nearby.

“In terms of suburban New Jersey, this location is unparalleled,” Loventhal noted. “In addition to all that Florham Park itself offers in terms of accessibility and lifestyle, it is at the center of an area rich with dynamic downtowns, recreational amenities and top regional health care facilities.”

Parc North pricing begins in the $700,000s for townhomes and in the $600,000s for carriage homes. Two model townhomes, one fully furnished, have been delivered at the boutique community. A handful of “quick delivery” residences are available, with occupancy dates in some cases just 60-90 days from execution of contract
