C&W retained exclusively to market Arbors office complex in Parsippany

The Arbors, a five-building, 750,000-square-foot office portfolio located at 1, 3 and 5 Sylvan Way and 4 and 6 Campus Drive in Parsippany, will be marketed exclusively by Cushman & Wakefield, according to a Wednesday announcement from the brokerage.

The office portfolio, owned by Onyx Equities LLC, is currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation project.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Ben Brenner, David DeMatteis, Courtney Rosenkrantz and Raymond Trevisan are spearheading the portfolio for lease.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Onyx Equities to lease the Arbors, an office portfolio that is redefining the workplace with a connected and interactive campus lifestyle,” DeMatteis said.

The Arbors has leasing availabilities ranging from 2,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet. The portfolio’s capital improvements program will feature brand new lobbies, atriums, common areas, landscaping, elevator upgrades, façade facelifts, common corridors, monument signage, increased window lines, upgraded lobby and visitor security, refreshed restrooms and auditoriums and expanded parking areas.

Green initiatives will be implemented resulting in electric car charging stations, living walls, full window replacements and upgraded HVAC control systems. Amenities will include employee lounges, outdoor dining areas, wellness paths, fitness centers and on-site cafes.

“Onyx Equities has a strong reputation for investing in properties upfront to improve the tenant experience,” DeMatteis added. “We are ecstatic to continue our longstanding relationship with Onyx and are confident that these renovations will be highly regarded and greatly appreciated by tenants.”

The portfolio is located near major roadways, including Interstates 80 and 287 and Routes 46 and 202, allowing easy access to the surrounding neighborhoods.
