Vantage Commercial facilitates long term retail lease in Brick

Vantage Commercial said Friday it helped facilitate a new long term retail lease at Boulevard Square in Brick.

Aire Salon Studios – a luxury salon suite environment – is the second retail tenant signed by Vantage Commercial at the shopping center located at 515 Brick Boulevard.

Monica Walsh, director of client services, worked closely with the tenant, Nina Lancin, and property owner, Robert Cohen, to facilitate a smooth transaction.

“This is a great opportunity for the new high-end tenant, as well as local salon professionals who are looking to grow their business and be in control of their own futures. We are happy to be involved in this transaction that will bring such a great amenity to the community,” Walsh stated.

Aire Salon Studios will take over the former 9,500-square-foot grocery store and is expected to open to the public in 2022.

“We’ve searched for a long time for a super convenient location in Ocean County and we are thrilled to be opening Aire in Brick Township. Monica did a great job securing the perfect location,” Lancin stated. “In addition to easy access, at the top of our wish list was a space big enough for spacious suites and in-house perks, such as an on-site education center and a relaxing lounge for both members and their guests, and Boulevard Square checked off every box.”

Aire Salon Studios is being built on the premise of giving other beauty professionals exactly what Lancin and her team would want if they were renting a salon suite. “The foundation of the Aire experience is our unending commitment to provide unparalleled value to our members and to make it easy for them and their businesses to thrive.”

Located on Brick Boulevard just off of Route 70, Boulevard Square contains tenants including, but not limited to, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Falafel Brothers, Party Fair, LG’s Pizza & Pasta, Bosonac Orthodontics, Millennium Eye Care, Paradise Pools & Spas, and more.
