CBRE arranges 44,000 sq. ft. office leases at Eastman Cos.’ portfolio in Livingston, Florham Park

CBRE on Thursday said it completed several new office leases throughout Eastman Cos.’ portfolio of properties located in Livingston and Florham Park. The leases were signed at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave., 354 Eisenhower Parkway and 651 Old Mount Pleasant Ave. in Livingston and 23 Vreeland Road in Florham Park.

The CBRE team of Erin Wenzler, Jon Meisel and Dan Casey spearhead the leasing campaigns for the office properties and represented Eastman Cos. in the negotiations.

“We are excited to announce the new office leases within Eastman Cos.’ New Jersey portfolio,” Wenzler said. “The prominent ownership continues to demonstrate its expertise, having the pulse of the local market even during these challenging times. In fact, Eastman Cos. has increased occupancy at its Livingston and Florham Park properties since the pandemic began.”

Greg Barkan and Remy deVarenne of CBRE represented Veritext in a long-term lease renewal for 20,358 square feet at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave.

The transactions at 354 Eisenhower included RMG CPA’s 11,302-square-foot lease and Lepore Taylor Fox LLP’s 4,082-square-foot commitment. Jeff Heller and Drew Persson of Avison Young acted on behalf of RMG and Judith Troiano of Avison Young represented Lepore Taylor Fox LLP.

At 651 Old Mount Pleasant Avenue, Jewish Community Housing Corp. leased 3,478 square feet of office space in a transaction arranged by Jeremy Neuer of CBRE.

Finally, NuGen Packaging committed to 2,263 square feet at 23 Vreeland Road in a deal arranged by CBRE’s Peter Shikar, and benefEx benefit consulting expanded within the building for 2,434 square feet, represented by Kingsbridge Realty Advisors’ Mark Twentyman.
