Accurate launches leasing for Citizen Bayonne

New community opens with 252 rental residences and modern amenities on Bayonne's waterfront peninsula

Accurate on Tuesday said it is expanding its Citizen brand of residential lifestyle communities with the launch of leasing at Citizen Bayonne, a new collection of 252 studio, one- and two-bedroom rental residences on Bayonne’s waterfront peninsula.

The new community is located at 155 Goldsborough Drive, near Bayonne’s 34th Street and 45th Street Light Rail stations and amid a growing list of shops, markets and a planned commuter ferry terminal with service to Manhattan.

Residents will enjoy a comprehensive lifestyle experience featuring residences with modern indoor and outdoor amenities, commuter convenience and views of New York Harbor and the rolling hills and greenery of Bayonne Golf Club.

Prospective residents can now schedule private tours of Citizen Bayonne’s five fully furnished model homes, according to the Marketing Directors, which was tapped by Accurate as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Citizen Bayonne.

Monthly rental rates for one-bedroom residences start from $2,230 net effective, inclusive of special Grand Opening incentives of one month free on a 13-month lease or two months free on a 26-month lease. Leasing hours and private tours are by appointment.

“Bayonne’s waterfront peninsula has emerged as a desirable Gold Coast destination, and we are thrilled to now introduce Citizen Bayonne to the market,” Jack Klugmann, CEO and president of Accurate, stated. “We expect the community to resonate with people from both New Jersey and New York City who are looking for more living and outdoor space, thoughtful amenities and a well-connected lifestyle — all at an attractive price point.”

Designed by Devereaux & Associates, with interiors by H&H Designers and landscape design by Melillo & Bauer, Citizen Bayonne addresses every aspect of an elevated and well-balanced lifestyle.

Residents will have access to an array of amenities and services, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge, coworking space, smart package room, covered parking with electric car charging stations, bicycle storage and a complimentary resident shuttle to the Grove Street PATH station. An outdoor landscaped courtyard features dining areas, barbecue stations, lounge seating, firepits and foosball tables.

“Citizen Bayonne offers renters an exciting lifestyle proposition, with upscale residences, modern amenities and a dynamic waterfront location, all available at values that compare favorably to neighboring Jersey City and New York City,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, said. “We expect it to have broad appeal in the market.”

Citizen Bayonne is located on a 103-acre peninsula that extends into New York Harbor and is being redeveloped to include residential and retail uses, as well as pocket parks, waterfront walkways, mass-transit and other community uses. Residents are just a short walk from retail destinations such as Starbucks, CVS, Costco, Stop & Shop and Lidl, as well as LA Fitness, which is coming soon.
