JAG-ONE Physical Therapy announces new location in Clark

Facility expands its services in N.J., becoming 110th location

JAG-ONE Physical Therapy announced the opening of its newest facility, in Clark.

Located at 77 Brant Ave. Ste. 101, the new location expands the company’s presence in North Jersey with the acquisition of Cornerstone Physical Therapy, which will operate under the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy banner. It represents JAG-ONE’s 110th location in the state.

Led by Clinical Director David De La Fuente, JAG-ONE Physical Therapy’s new location aims to provide superior care to patients looking for accessible physical therapy services. The expansion allows the company to offer the community expanded resources and will offer highly specialized clinicians with a proven track record of success, and facilities to best support patients’ goals and needs.

“We are thrilled to expand our presence in New Jersey with our new Clark location. We look forward to treating local patients and providing them with comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services,” John Gallucci Jr., CEO of JAG-ONE Physical Therapy, said. “Our goal is to have all patients who visit our locations feel fully supported on their journey to full recovery. The JAG-ONE staff are experienced physical therapists who are eager to be the trusted medical resource for the Clark community.”

The new location will provide the following services: extensive training in McKenzie’s Approach to Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, craniofacial Pain, cervicogenic headaches and biomechanical neuromuscular dysfunction. Additionally, outpatient PT, TMJ, vertigo, balance disorders, pediatric OT and homecare PT.

“I deeply look forward to joining the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy team and serving as clinical director,” De La Fuente said.
