The Shops of Burlington is now at full occupancy, as Peter’s Produce Market leased the final space, according to Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial.
Situated at 201 Route 130, Burlington, the property is located in the heart of a bustling retail corridor located along Route 130, a heavily traveled and highly visible thoroughfare in a densely populated area.
The new tenant will join an impressive group of co-tenants in the Burlington Cleaners-anchored center, which includes popular establishments like Cheesecakes Galore, Super Speedy Mart and Chef’s Fish and Chicken. With its close proximity to Burlington City High School, excellent traffic counts and nearby commercial and residential neighborhoods, the location is highly sought after.
Vantage Commercial’s Monica Walsh, director of client services, was instrumental in guiding the tenant, Francisco Calixto Ramon of Peter’s Produce, and his residential agent through the transaction process.
Walsh worked closely with both the tenant and the landlord to ensure a smooth and streamlined experience while working with Vantage, which can be challenging in a market where quality retail space is limited in availability. Despite this, Walsh was able to secure the new tenant within just two months of the former tenant’s departure.
