CBRE arranges 3 new office leases at Carriage Four Office Center in Teaneck

Three new office leases at Carriage Four Office Center, a five-story office/medical building in Teaneck, where recently inked, according to a Friday announcement from CBRE.

Located at 1086 Teaneck Road, the 64,000-square-foot boutique office property has experienced strong demand from tenants looking for well-located, secure, high-quality space adjacent to Route 4. The property also offers abundant covered parking and easy access to public transportation.

CBRE First Vice President Randy Eigen represented ownership, Carriage IV Office Center.

Asking rent was $26 per square foot. Still available is 5,962 square feet of contiguous space on the top floor, with signage opportunities for a single user.

The three new office leases were:

  • Camp Ramah in the Berkshires’ 3,391-square-foot commitment to house its summer camp operations on part of the fifth floor. The company is relocating from 25 Rockwood Place in Englewood in a deal arranged by Robert Tessa of Hometown Property Group;
  • Justbabyteeth Pediatric Dentistry’s 2,316-square-foot lease on the third floor to house the practice. Nick Yanakas of Carr Healthcare Real Estate represented the tenant, which will transform the office space to a state-of-the-art dental office; and
  • Revive by Carolina’s 1,832-square-foot lease on part of the fourth floor. The personal aesthetics services provider will relocate its operations from 1323 Anderson Ave. in Fort Lee.

“These three new office leases speak to the allure of the property, the fact that the building can accommodate business and medical offices and the ownership’s commitment to tenant services,” Eigen said. “We currently have one ~6,000 sq. ft. and one 5,000 sq. ft. office space available on the fifth floor that are highly attractive for a single tenant but divisible, with another 2,100 square feet on the second floor becoming available over the next eight months.”
