Summit Health Management has renewed a lease for 4,048 square feet of medical office space at Echo Executive Plaza in Springfield, according to Larken Associates.
Located at 899 Mountain Ave. in Springfield, Echo Executive Plaza is a three-story, 41,000-square-foot, Class A office building that is home to a wide range of tenants across the financial, insurance, medical and professional services industries.
The building boasts a combination of prime visibility and direct access to Route 22, as well as space for tenant signage. In addition, tenants and visitors are provided with ample surface and covered parking as well as access to the Echo Plaza Shopping Center, a 66,576-square-foot community retail center with a range of shopping and restaurant options, including Dollar Tree, Outback Steakhouse and Sherwin Williams.
