Roseland-based Brach Eichler LLC welcomed two new members to its Litigation Group, Edward Altabet and Andrew Macklin. Associate Susan Schulman also came on board.

Altabet’s practice focuses on high-stakes and high-risk litigation across many sectors, including financial services, banking, wealth management, technology, manufacturing, export/import, construction and real estate. Altabet focuses on commercial litigation and investigations, resolving commercial and civil disputes and lender and creditor rights is a core part of his practice.
Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Altabet was a partner at Cohen Seglias in New York City. He earned a B.A. in philosophy from Binghamton University, an M.A. in philosophy from Columbia University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School. He resides in Maplewood.
A highly skilled litigator with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, Macklin joins Brach Eichler’s commercial litigation group. He focuses his practice on construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, consumer protection and probate disputes and also represents clients in personal injury and malpractice matters.
Schulman joins Brach Eichler’s litigation practice as an associate with a focus on health care litigation. Previously, Schulman worked as a paralegal at the firm. She is admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars, as well as the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
