Citizen Little Falls, the luxury rental community rising near downtown shopping and dining in Little Falls, is now open for leasing, developer Accurate announced Wednesday.

Citizen Little Falls opens with the community’s model residences and amenity spaces available to tour. Monthly rental rates start from $2,640. Special grand opening incentives are available for a limited time. Immediate occupancy is available.
