Cherry Hill brokerage trades West Philadelphia supermarket

Vantage Commercial of Cherry Hill on Thursday said it completed the trade of an existing supermarket located in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

With the assistance of Vantage Commercial’s dedicated team, the owner was able to effectively market the property, vet potential buyers and ultimately achieve a successful transaction.

Spanning an impressive 10,000 square feet, the undisclosed grocer has served the West Philadelphia community for over 40 years, establishing a strong presence and generating a consistent stream of revenue.

The owner made the decision to downsize and hired Vantage Commercial’s seasoned professionals, Peter Abdallah, director of client services, and John Doss, sales associate.

“With our extensive industry experience, we were able to guide the client in selecting the most promising buyers and successfully negotiate a good deal on behalf of our client,” Abdallah said.

Doss added: ” It was great working on this deal. Our team worked diligently to ensure a successful transaction and a smooth transition of ownership for both parties.”
