Construction continues on 165,000 sq. ft. Cooper health facility at Moorestown Mall

Moorestown Mall, which is currently undergoing a major transformation, gave a quarterly update to the various development projects and new tenants that it has coming on board.

Construction continues on the 165,000-square-foot Cooper University Health Care facility as it rapidly prepares for its opening later this year; underutilized parking space on the Boscov’s side of the property continues its conversion to a 375-unit apartment complex called the Pearl by Bel Canto.

“With development plans on course, this summer will be filled with exciting store openings that enhance Moorestown Mall’s commitment to being a one-stop-shop destination,” Evan Iepson, marketing and administrative coordinator at Moorestown Mall, said. “We’re looking forward to keeping the community updated with a stream of vendor events for all ages. Get out of the heat and check out all the mall has to offer.”

Below are some of the new tenants the community can expect at Moorestown Mall by this fall:

  • Banfield Pet Hospital: A leading provider of preventive veterinary care in the U.S. with more than 1,000 hospitals in neighborhoods across the country;
  • Vixen Couture: Vixen Couture will expand to an in-line space. Shop unique fashion and accessories for every woman;
  • Natures Gift Shoppe: Specializes in herbal supplements, candles, baskets and balloon gifts;
  • Designed For You Event Decor & Planning: Shop fresh-cut flowers and floral arrangements and receive expert event planning services;
  • Curvaceous Fashionistas: Specializing in plus-size women’s fashion and accessories. Avon Cosmetic beauty products will also be available;
  • DD’s Beauty and Accessories: Shop women’s accessories and Mary Kay cosmetics and beauty products;
  • A wine and spirits retailer is also coming soon.
