International telecommunications firm signs for 12,616 sq. ft. at Glenpointe in Teaneck

Locus Telecommunications has signed a lease to take 12,616 square feet of space at Glenpointe Centre West, part of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ iconic northern New Jersey Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, according to a Tuesday announcement.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson, and the tenant was represented by C Land Realty’s Andrew Suh.

Headquartered in Thailand with its U.S. corporate offices in Fort Lee, Locus Telecommunications is a provider of long-distance, wireless, point-of-sale and carrier services.

Locus Telecommunications joins Leica Camera, Sunovion and UVeye as some of the latest tenants to find a new home at Glenpointe. Since the start of 2022, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has negotiated over 150,000 square feet of leases with a wide range of companies, including Cornea and Laser Eye Institute, Axia Women’s Health and HK Kolmar at the corporate campus.

“In today’s competitive professional environment, companies are focused on acquiring and retaining top talent. An elevated office experience like the one found at Glenpointe can play a large role in creating and maintaining the environment that today’s employees crave,” Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, said.

Beyond its flexible office space geared to the needs of any company, Glenpointe offers a range of amenities. Marketplace, an Urban Eatery, is a modern dining hall with delicious, scratch-made, chef-prepared grab ‘n’ go meals and made-to-order options as well as specialty items from local purveyors. In addition, the campus features the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center; the Green, a 22,000-square-foot multipurpose outdoor amenity space; 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels; casual and fine dining options; an on-site full-service Starbucks; abundant covered parking; and 24/7 security.

Further enhancing the tenant experience is Glenpointe’s partnership with Better Spaces, a robust tenant engagement service that operates via the Pointe, an on-site community lounge, as well as virtually through the Better Spaces app, to offer tenants over 40 free programs and classes per week.
