Alfred Sanzari inks lease expansion with global surveillance technology leader at Glenpointe in Teaneck

Hanwha Vision America, a video surveillance company, has secured a 7,133-square-foot lease expansion at Glenpointe Center West in Teaneck. The additional footage brings Hanwha’s total office space to nearly 29,000 square feet at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises‘ iconic northern New Jersey corporate campus.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson, and the tenant was represented by CBRE’s Robert Norton and Remy deVarrene.

Hanwha Vision America is a subsidiary of Hanwha Vision, has 24 offices across the globe focused on securing people, property and data across a range of industries including retail, transportation, education, banking, health care, hospitality, airports and more. Hanwha Vision America’s team of 300 employees has called the Glenpointe campus home since 2016. The lease expansion will support the company’s continued growth and delivery of world-class optical design, image processing and cybersecurity technologies to its clients across the nation and beyond.

Spanning 50 acres, the site comprises 670,000 square feet of highly adaptable Class A office space, the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center, 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels, casual and fine dining options, an on-site full-service Starbucks, abundant covered parking and 24/7 security.
