Vantage Commercial celebrates successful leasing of 2 prime office spaces in Cherry Hill

Two premier office spaces located at 1939 Route 70 E. in Cherry Hill have been leased, thanks to the efforts of Vantage Commercial.

Suite 120 has been secured by the Camden County Bar Association, while Suite 260 will be occupied by a prominent behavioral health group.

The Camden County Bar Association’s decision to choose Suite 120 as its new location speaks volumes about the desirability and quality of the office space at the property. The association’s move demonstrates the building’s capacity to cater to prestigious professional organizations, and its central location provides convenient accessibility to legal professionals and clients alike.

The successful leasing of Suite 260 to a prominent behavioral health group also underlines Vantage Commercial’s ability to match unique tenant needs with suitable office spaces. The choice of this office space by a respected health care institution underscores the property’s adaptability and Vantage Commercial’s strategic insight in the current market.

These significant achievements are particularly noteworthy considering the challenging environment for office space leasing. The ongoing shifts in remote work preferences and economic uncertainties have posed considerable obstacles for the commercial real estate sector. However, Vantage Commercial’s diligent efforts, and effective marketing strategies have enabled it to secure these lease agreements within a remarkably short timeframe.

Emily Stein, managing director and director of health care services, and Corinne Giletto, director of client services, played instrumental roles in these successful lease agreements. Their expertise and commitment were pivotal in representing both sides in the Camden County Bar Association lease and representing the landlord in the Suite 260 lease.

“We are exceptionally proud of our team’s accomplishments in securing these two significant lease agreements,” Stein said. “The successful leasing of these office suites further exemplifies Vantage Commercial’s unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional real estate solutions.”
