Utility line installation contractor takes 4,741 sq. ft. of space at Middlesex industrial building

J&R Construction, a South Plainfield-based utility line installation contractor, has leased 4,741 square feet of space in Middlesex, according to a Tuesday announcement from Bussel Realty Corp.

Located at 106-110 Egel Ave., the space is situated within a 13,500-square-foot industrial building situated on approximately a half-acre. The facility is in close proximity to Lincoln Boulevard, Route 28 and Interstate 287. The property features one drive-in door, 14-foot ceilings, wet sprinklers and 600 amps of electric power.

J&R Construction was represented by Michael Costa, vice president of BRC, in the transaction.

J&R Construction is a full-service contractor with a focus on cable, fiber optic, water, sewer and other utility line installations using both conduits or subways.

“J&R Construction is one of the premier utility line installation contractors in the Northeast U.S., and this new location at 106 Egel Ave. will help further their reputation as No. 1 in customer satisfaction. It is always a pleasure to work with businesses like J&R Construction and 108 Egel Ave LLC on a transaction, when everyone looks forward to working together both now and in the future,” Costa noted.
