Larken Associates taps David Iacobucci as chief financial officer

Larken Associates on Tuesday announced the promotion of David Iacobucci to chief financial officer.

Iacobucci, who previously served as the chief investment officer with Larken Associates, brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role.

Building upon his experience leading the firm’s investment strategy, Iacobucci will work closely with CEO and President David Gardner to oversee the company’s overall financial operations. His work will play a pivotal role in driving continued profitability as well as the growth of the firm’s expansive portfolio of multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties.

“Our highly experienced leadership team has always been vital to our success,” Gardner said. “With David assuming the role of CFO, we have positioned ourselves to continue to improve our business while continuing the meaningful work for the communities we operate within. I am thrilled to leverage his expertise as we continue to guide the company forward.”

Iacobucci added: “Throughout my 30 years working in the industry, I’ve been fortunate to work on countless real estate projects, but Larken’s community-focused development philosophy has helped me produce the most impactful work I’ve done in my career. I am thrilled to step into this new role and work with our team to continue to grow our capabilities and portfolio in the years to come.”

Prior to joining Larken Associates in October 2022, Iacobucci served as senior investment officer for Bergman Real Estate Group. He also served as senior vice president of Vision Real Estate Partners; managing director of Woodmont Industrial Partners, one of the leading developers of industrial real estate in the region; division manager of the Baker Cos., a Westchester-based premier real estate organization; and vice president of asset management of the Schultz Organization, a fully-integrated real estate services company.
