The STRO Cos., an exclusive real estate services provider for the Millstein family office, announced that Erik Otterbein has been appointed as controller.
The Ridgewood-based firm said Otterbein brings 17 years of industry experience and joins after serving as controller for Paramount Assets, where he was responsible for overseeing and managing all accounting functions. Prior to that, he held positions at One Wall Management, Kushner Cos. and the Hampshire Cos.
“I am thrilled to welcome Erik to STRO. Erik brings extensive experience in property accounting and will be an invaluable addition to our team as we expand across New Jersey and the Southeast,” said Jeff Pandolfo, STRO’s chief operating officer.

Otterbein earned a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from Fordham University and resides in northern New Jersey.
