Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday said it leased 2,500 square feet at 257 Route 202 in Flemington to First Choice Aquatics LLC.
Steve Bussel, president, Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services, represented the landlord, 257 Route 202 LLC, in the transaction. The retailer was represented in-house.
The property is a 20,000-square-foot retail shopping center located directly off Route 202 near the Flemington shopping circle and numerous major national retailers and outlet centers. The shopping center has such co-tenants as Boni Auto Tire, Kick Quest and the Tile Store, and has 2,500 square feet of retail space currently available.
