Peapack-Gladstone announces 2 key executive moves

Peapack-Gladstone Bank recently announced two key executive moves. The Bedminster-based financial institution named Philip Prudenti vice president, head of Know Your Customer and client onboarding at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, and Artur Wisniewski as vice president and support manager of the company’s New York location.

Prudenti joins the firm’s experienced team of risk and compliance professionals, assessing and implementing best practice procedures.

With over 25 years of expertise in financial services, risk management and compliance, Prudenti’s knowledge is invaluable to the institution. He most recently served as director, head of special approval – BSA/AML operations at First Republic Bank in New York City, where he oversaw the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering due diligence operations group for client onboarding in New York, San Francisco and Boston. He was a key stakeholder in the development of the firm’s KYC system regarding risk to ensure accurate evaluation and scoring of a client’s profile. Prior to that, at JPMorgan Chase, Prudenti managed a team of AML investigators responsible for analyzing client transaction activity across business, consumer, high net worth and correspondent banking channels to mitigate financial risk and ensure compliance with regulations.

Wisniewski, with his 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, will be responsible for managing the day-to-day residential mortgage area, assisting relationship managers with investor guidelines, products, structuring loans and identifying and resolving loan issues.

Wisniewski previously serving as vice president, senior residential loan officer, at City National Bank, where he was responsible for the coordination and processing of the internal mortgage process from initiation through closing. Prior to that as vice president, manager at JPMorgan Private Bank, as a direct point of contact, he assisted private banking clients throughout the entire mortgage process while working with the bank to assure all parameters were analyzed and fulfilled. Additionally, Wisniewski held the position of loan officer at Chase Home Finance, where he utilized his knowledge of compliance and real estate regulations and guidelines to streamline the mortgage process for clients, processing and underwriting groups.
