Loyalty-marketing firm Rymax brings on former Shutterfly exec as senior director of accounts

Rymax, a Pine Brook-based loyalty-marketing firm, on Tuesday announced Carrie Bryan as its new senior director of key accounts. As part of her responsibilities, Bryan will play a critical role in growing relationships with the company’s clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term success.

Bryan will be based in Minneapolis and will report directly to CEO Eve Kolakowski, who owns the Women’s Business Enterprise company.

With a career spanning over 20 years, many of which have been dedicated to the incentive, rewards and loyalty space, Bryan has spearheaded some of the most successful programs in the industry. She offers deep experience in enterprise sales and channel management to Fortune 500 companies. She joins Rymax from Shutterfly, a leading e-commerce brand for personalized products and custom designs, where she served as the senior director for enterprise sales. Earlier in her career, she worked at Rymax as its North Central sales manager.

“Stepping into this newly created role, I’ll continue to expand Rymax’s robust portfolio, while overseeing the relationship management and development with its most prestigious clients, many of which are industry leaders and household brands,” Bryan said. “It’s especially meaningful to be returning to Rymax with Eve at the helm, which is not just an exciting career move, but a commitment to an organization that celebrates entrepreneurship, innovation and success.”

Since 2000, Rymax has fostered relationships with hundreds of brands to offer customers reward options across various product categories, ranging from designer fashion and luxury accessories to home essentials and technology. Last year, Rymax announced a partnership with Capital One, enabling the global financial products and services leader to provide eligible Capital One rewards cardholders access to sophisticated merchandise-rewards programs.

“As a pioneer in the incentive industry for 24 years, as well as a women-owned business, we know firsthand that relationships form the foundation upon which we build our lives, as well as our careers,” Eve Kolakowski, CEO and president of Rymax, said. “We’re delighted to welcome back Carrie to the team, someone who shares our commitment and determination in cultivating and nurturing these connections with our colleagues and customers alike.”
