Oaks Integrated Care announces Christianna Lynch as chief of quality and health care integration

Mount Holly-basedĀ Oaks Integrated Care, a leading behavioral health care organization committed to delivering high-quality care to 19 counties in New Jersey, recently announced the appointment of Christianna Lynch as the new chief of quality and health care integration.

With an extensive background in quality assurance and a passion for improving patient outcomes, Lynch brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Oaks team.

In her new role, Lynch will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives across the organization. She will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient safety, ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chrissy to our leadership team. Her expertise in quality assurance and dedication to excellence will be instrumental in advancing our mission of providing exceptional care to the individuals we serve,” Derry Holland, Oaks Integrated Care CEO, said.

Lynch brings 17 years of experience in health care quality management to her new role. Prior to joining Oaks Integrated Care, she held leadership positions in quality assurance at Devereux Advance Behavioral Health and Fairmount Behavioral Health, where she led successful initiatives to improve patient outcomes and streamline processes.

Lynch holds a B.A. in political science from Temple University and an MBA from Holy Family University.
