Woodmont Properties celebrates leasing goal at residential community in Hackettstown

Woodmont Properties‘ newest luxury rental community in Hackettstown is fully leased, according to a recent announcement from the developer. This milestone comes one year after Woodmont launched leasing for the community.

Woodmont Liberty at Independence features 120 one- and two-bedroom residences, some including a den, and an impressive suite of lifestyle amenities.

Located on 11 acres set amongst the rolling hills of Independence Township, Woodmont Liberty’s residences feature oversized windows and ceilings as high as 11 feet; custom-designed kitchens; walk-in closets; spa-like bathrooms and full-size front-loading washers and dryers. Each residence is equipped with the latest technology to elevate the living experience, such as electronic keyless entry; sound-absorbing construction; and energy-efficient systems, windows and appliances. Some residences also offer private patios and balconies, providing residents with an instant connection to the outdoors.

“Woodmont Liberty has garnered tremendous attention from New Jersey renters since we launched leasing in 2023, and we’re grateful to our residents who have entrusted us to provide them with an unparalleled living experience,” Stephen Santola, Woodmont’s executive vice president and general counsel, said. “As we remain steadfast in our residential development strategy, our commitment to delivering best-in-class products that exceed the needs of today’s renters stands strong. We’re thankful to our dedicated team members whose outstanding efforts help bring our vision to reality, enabling us to create a lasting impact on the communities we serve.”

Amenity highlights include a bark park and indoor pet spa; private work pods and conference rooms for remote workers; a fully equipped fitness center with a spin and yoga studio; a club room with billiards and foosball gaming tables; dedicated storage spaces and a 24/7 package center. Residents can also enjoy a variety of outdoor amenities including a swimming pool, fire pits, barbecue grills and hiking paths.

Located at 2000 Woodmont Drive, Woodmont Liberty is accessible from several major highways, including Interstate 80, Routes 46 and 206, as well as the Hackettstown train station.
