Liquor Cave to open 5th Garden State store at Somerset Shopping Center

Levin Management arranges 7,400 sq. ft. lease at Bridgewater property

Liquor Cave is coming to Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater, expanding the brand’s Garden State brick-and-mortar footprint, according to a Wednesday announcement from Levin Management Corp., which serves as leasing and managing agent for the center.

The new store will mark the fifth location for Liquor Cave, a popular fine wine, spirits and craft beer destination offering customers exceptional customer service, selection and pricing.

LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Kelty arranged the 7,400-square-foot Liquor Cave lease on behalf of property ownership. Located in the heart of one of the state’s wealthiest counties, at the busy junction of routes 202/206 and 28, the 219,000-square-foot retail center is a stellar location for any tenant, Kelty noted.

“Liquor Cave will benefit from Somerset Shopping Center’s excellent demographics, accessibility and visibility,” she said. “At the same time, real-time traffic data from Placer.ai shows continued local demand for this retail category. To that end we’ve secured a best-in-class brand — one that brings a wide selection of quality products — for Somerset County shoppers.”

The Liquor Cave lease extends a period of transactional activity at Somerset Shopping Center, with the latest commitments including beauty concept Strand Salon Studios and Fred Astaire Dance Studio. The property’s retailers, restaurants and service providers also include Barnes & Noble, Gap Factory, Fortunoff Backyard Store, Eastern Mountain Sports, TGI Fridays, Norman’s Hallmark, Men’s Wearhouse, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Pearl Vision, Pupcakes and Pawstries Barkery and Shoppe, and Optimum, among others.
