Anthony Rittwager, senior vice president, and Matthew Phillips, director of asset services of the Advanced Industrial Group of BRC, represented Lico Transport, while CBRE represented the landlord, Hugo Neu Realty Management. The signing of this lease supports Lico Transportation’s drayage and transportation services by providing strategic proximity to Port Newark and ample storage for containers and equipment, which is essential for the efficiency and scalability of their operations.
