Insurance provider inks lease renewal and expansion at Glenpointe in Teaneck

Insurance provider Agam Capital Management signed a 4,731-square-foot office lease renewal and expansion at Glenpointe Centre West in Teaneck, according to a Thursday announcement from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Sanzari was represented by Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson in the transaction.

A tenant at Glenpointe since 2016, Agam Capital will utilize its newly expanded space at Glenpointe to accommodate its need for additional general and administrative offices.

“When we found Glenpointe nearly a decade ago, we knew it would be the perfect place to establish our corporate headquarters,” Andrew Katz, chief operating officer of Agam Capital Management, said. “We are proud to call Glenpointe home and extend our partnership with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises well into the future.”

The Glenpointe campus comprises four interconnected office, amenity and hotel buildings, plus a standalone, dual-branded hotel building. A prime location in Teaneck at the intersection of Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike, the property offers direct access to Midtown Manhattan via the nearby George Washington Bridge. Its strategic location is enhanced by an unmatched amenities package headlined by Marketplace, an Urban Eatery, a modern dining hall offering delicious, scratch-made, chef-prepared grab ‘n’ go meals and made-to-order options as well as specialty items from local purveyors.

In addition, the campus features the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center; the Green, a 22,000-square-foot multipurpose outdoor amenity space; 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels; casual and fine dining options; an on-site full-service Starbucks; abundant covered parking; and 24/7 security.
