The Advance Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday has leased three acres of industrial outdoor storage space at 9101 Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen, on behalf of San Antonio Broker Services.
San Antonio Broker Services was represented by Anthony Rittwager, senior vice president, and Matthew Phillips, director of Asset Services, of the Advance Industrial Group at BRC. The landlord, Hartz Mountain Industries, was represented in-house.
“Demand for IOS (industrial outdoor storage) space has grown dramatically in the last several years, as the need for strategically located sites is key for users requiring expedited delivery services,” Rittwager said. “9101 Tonnelle Avenue offers immediate access to New York City and Northern New Jersey markets due to its proximity to Route 1-9, New Jersey Turnpike, George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel.”
