Sheldon Gross Realty recently assumed property management responsibilities for a 13-tenant medical office building in Livingston.
Located at 315 E. Northfield Road, the three-story location is home to a broad range of health care providers, including specialists in dentistry, dermatology, internal medicine, mental health, pain management, pediatrics and more. The facility is easily accessible via Interstate 280 and Routes 10 and 24, which positions it to serve the needs of patients throughout north and central New Jersey. In addition, it’s only a two-minute drive from the Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center complex.
