Valley View Park, luxury rental residences from KRE Group, now open for leasing in East Hanover

Valley View Park, the luxury residential community that delivers a modern lifestyle experience to renters in East Hanover Township, is now open for leasing, developer KRE Group announced Monday.

Named for a historic golf course that occupied the property from 1937 to 1973, Valley View Park consists of five four-story buildings rising in a campus-like setting, just off of Deforest Avenue.

One- and two-bedroom residences are available, as well as three-bedroom residences in select buildings. A central clubhouse, currently under construction, will soon offer renters an abundance of lifestyle amenities and social spaces.

“We are pleased to announce the launch of leasing at Valley View Park, a truly exceptional community of upscale residences and modern amenities in a desirable Morris County location,” Jonathan Kushner, president of KRE Group, said. “Valley View Park introduces a new housing type to the area, one that we believe will be incredibly popular with today’s sophisticated suburban renter.”

The residences at Valley View Park offer upscale appointments, all crafted with resident convenience and comfort in mind. Each residence includes luxury plank flooring, solar window shades, in-home full-size washer & dryer and a private outdoor terrace. Modern kitchens include stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, Shaker cabinetry and Moen fixtures and accessories. Luxury baths are adorned with custom mosaic flooring, tiled showers and walls and custom medicine cabinets. Each building includes elevator access. Private storage spaces and garages are available to rent.

KRE Group also curated a full array of amenities and services to complement the apartments, giving residents more space to spread out, relax and enjoy their favorite activities. The clubhouse was designed to be the center of community life, featuring a great room, leasable party room with fireplace, fitness center, yoga room and children’s playroom, among other amenities.

Outside, residents can enjoy open air amenities and landscaping details thoughtfully integrated into the community’s overall design. Outdoor extras include a swimming pool, covered loggia with outdoor fireplace, three-season relaxation area, barbecue grills, dining areas, a bar area complete with televisions, firepits and a gaming lawn. Additionally, there’s a community garden, dog park, children’s outdoor play area and a community walking trail that overlooks the lush greenery of the surrounding landscape.

“We really leaned into the special natural beauty of the property when planning this community, with careful siting of the buildings and the preservation of old-growth trees,” Marc Kushner, chief design officer of KRE Group, said. “We added a lookout at the highest point of the property with unparalleled views of beautiful rolling hills. All of the buildings face a central amenity green with features such as an outdoor movie theater, pool, yoga area, garden plots, tot lot and outdoor TVs that bring residents together, promote an active lifestyle and provide a sense of place.”

As the newest addition to KRE Group’s “garden collection” of luxury apartments, Valley View Park places renters in the heart of East Hanover, a charming township known for its tree-lined streets, excellent public schools and coveted location in eastern Morris County. Interstate 280 and Route 10 run through the township, giving residents easy access to neighboring highways such as Interstates 287 and 80. New York City is about 25 miles away by car. East Hanover is home to numerous restaurants, brand-name stores, public parks and family-friendly entertainment such as the Funplex. Nearby destinations in neighboring towns include the Livingston Mall, the Mall at Short Hills, downtown Morristown and dozens of local golf courses and country clubs.

Monthly rental rates at Valley View Park start from the $2,700s. Immediate occupancy is available.
