Miznon Kosher to open at Bell Works in Holmdel tomorrow

Miznon Kosher, an internationally acclaimed fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, is set to open on Wednesday at Bell Works, a thriving 2 million-square-foot mixed-use hub in Holmdel featuring a dynamic mix of offices, retail, dining and hospitality.

The Kosher-certified eatery, located on the ground floor, is utilizing 2,300 square feet of space and has the capacity to seat 65 guests.

The restaurant is certified by the OU and adheres to all Kosher dietary laws, and features a large indoor dining space with an open kitchen for guests to observe food preparation.

Miznon’s signature design replicates the electrifying Tel Aviv, Israel, atmosphere with great vibes and energy, which is at the core of the eatery’s experience. The olive-colored walls are decorated with chalk drawings showcasing the colorful handwritten phrases in Hebrew and English by Tel Aviv artist Guy Mizrachy.

“Adding Miznon Kosher, a globally renowned culinary brand with locations around the world, to the community at Bell Works is an incredible addition to the diverse lineup of eateries at Bell Market and throughout the Atrium,” Ralph Zucker, founder and CEO of Inspired by Somerset Development, the developer of the Holmdel Bell Works. “The Mediterranean street food eatery is the ideal tenant to cater to the vibrant mix of professionals working within our ‘metroburb’ and residents of the surrounding area. The restaurant’s reputation for delivering innovative and high-quality Mediterranean and Kosher food makes it the perfect addition to enhance our culinary landscape.”

The Miznon Kosher menu features simple plates with dishes served in brown paper bags and on cardboard. Fan favorites include a variety of unique pita dishes, plates and sides that are reasonably priced.

“After nearly a year of Miznon Kosher in New York, we are excited to spread our wings and bring the taste of Tel Aviv to our Jersey neighbors,” Liad Balki, Miznon’s director of operations, said. “Our mission is to bring our food philosophy and the essence of the pita to our Kosher community far and wide, and what a perfect way to do that by opening our second Miznon Kosher in the U.S. inside a forward-thinking community hub like Bell Works.”

Miznon Kosher at Bell Works will be open for lunch and dinner Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that there are several upcoming Jewish holidays in October, during which Miznon Kosher will be closed.
