Law firm commits to 11,500 SF lease at Eastman’s Eisenhower office building in Livingston

Law firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani committed to an 11,500 sq.-ft. office lease at Eastman Companies’ The Eisenhower, a Class A office complex located at 290 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston. The law firm has relocated its NJ offices to the prominent office property.

The CBRE team of Jon Meisel, Erin Wenzler and Dan Casey spearhead the leasing campaign at The Eisenhower and represented Eastman Companies in the negotiations.

“The Eisenhower continues to attract strong tenants who view the building as the best option for Class A office space in the Livingston area,” Meisel said. “After an exhaustive search of the market, The Eisenhower proved to be the best choice for GRSM due to its strong, stable ownership, unmatched on-site amenities, and efficient layouts ideal for a law practice.”

The Eisenhower is Northern New Jersey’s most centrally located Class A office facility, situated minutes from Newark International Airport and New York City, offering convenient access to Routes 280, 80, 287, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.

The Class A office building offers premium amenities not found in most suburban office buildings, including a 220-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, more than 10 conference rooms, parking deck, new electric car chargers, a full-service cafeteria, game room, multiple fitness options with personal training, tenant programs and 24/7 security The building’s most unique amenity is the walkable retail, accessible via a walkway from the building to retailers such as Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Shake Shack and Sombrero Tacoria.

In addition, Eastman Companies recently completed a new, fully furnished co-working suite, available for tenants looking for small flexible spaces with short lease terms

Gordon Rees was represented by Bill Montana of Savills in the lease transaction.
