The Viv Muldoon Group joins The Gill Group in Ridgewood

The Gill Group of Keller Williams Village Square Realty, one of the leading residential real estate firms in New Jersey, recently announced the Viv Muldoon Group has merged into this Ridgewood-based firm.

The Gill Group has been the number one team at Keller Williams Village Square Realty for eight consecutive years, consistently selling over $100 million annually.

This combination of the firms amplifies the Gill Group’s already strong market presence and allows The Viv Muldoon Group to access the solid infrastructure that has made The Gill Group a trusted name in real estate.

Part of Christie’s International Real Estate, the Viv Muldoon Group was launched in 2018 and earned accolades such as the Best of Zillow award and a spot among the top 1% of Ridgewood agents.

With both teams sharing a similar client base and business philosophy, the merger with the Gill Group allows them to combine their deep market knowledge while expanding their reach across Ridgewood, Allendale, and neighboring towns.

“Vivienne and I actually go way back,” Laura Gill, founder of The Gill Group, said. “I first met her when I sold her parents’ house, long before she became an agent. Watching her rise to become one of Ridgewood’s top solo agents has been incredible. And to now join forces with someone I’ve admired for so long feels like a full-circle moment.”

“Our team is known for its marketing expertise, our reach, and the results we get for our clients,” she added. “Vivienne’s warm personality and expertise with vintage homes is special,” she added.

For Vivienne Muldoon, founder of The Viv Muldoon Group, the merger presents an opportunity to enhance the service she offers.

“The Gill Group is one of the most respected and well-known brands in the industry,” Muldoon noted. “By joining forces, we’re perfectly well-rounded to serve our clients together. We raise the bar of residential property marketing. We actively stage, prepare homes, and give our clients the resources they need to succeed. Joining The Gill Group will allow me to maintain this customized service while being powered by Laura’s infrastructure and branding capabilities.”

The expanded team will include a collaboration with longtime Listing Manager Ally Donoghue, who will work closely with Muldoon, Alison White, and Gina Santucci to strengthen the listing team. Additionally, Rosie Gunther-McCooe will focus on rental clients, and Sales Manager Tisha Ramge will continue to lead The Gill Group’s buyer specialist team, featuring Joanna Lee, Kelly Goldstein, Gina Fierro, Jennifer Lee, Megan Zangrilli, and Laura Anghelone.

The timing of this merger is key as Ridgewood and surrounding towns continue to attract urban-to-suburban buyers, drawn by excellent commuting options, top-rated schools, and a vibrant downtown. “Post-pandemic, people have been really eager to get out here, looking for ‘little cities’ away from the city,” said Donoghue. “The market is still very much a seller’s market, with inventory extremely low. People are sitting on low-interest rates and wondering where to go if they sell their house. And we can provide the solution.”
