Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday announced that JNJ Tires LLC has leased 6,500 square feet at 169 East Highland Parkway in Roselle, a 16,500-square-foot industrial building.
Steve Jaynes, industrial specialist, represented the landlord, MN NJ Realty LLC, and JNJ Tires LLC in the transaction.
JNJ Tire LLC’s mission is to be the Central New Jersey State haven for drivers and their vehicles.

The property is located near Interstate-287 and the Garden State Parkway and features 17-foot-high ceilings, 200 amps of electric power, three drive-in doors, and gas heat.
