Susan Kristiniak to lead Caregility’s clinical innovation

Wall-based Caregility Corp has appointed Susan Kristiniak, as its new chief nursing officer (CNO). In her role, Kristiniak will lead Caregility’s clinical team and play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s innovative solutions to help healthcare organizations modernize care delivery.

Kristiniak brings a wealth of experience spanning hands-on clinical care to executive leadership within health systems, uniquely positioning her to bridge the gap between clinical needs and operational strategy for Caregility’s customers.

Most recently, Kristiniak served as VP  of Clinical Integration and Quality Assurance, where she supported an informatics-driven program leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize hospital operations and clinical care delivery.
