Woodbridge-based The Kislak Co. announced the recipients of its 2024 sales awards at the firm’s annual awards ceremony, which was held in January at Limani Seafood Grill in Westfield.
Executive Vice President Joni Sweetwood received the Jay I. Kislak Producer of the Year and the Sales Transactions awards, Senior Vice President Andrew Scheinerman received the Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award, Executive Vice President Peter Wisniewski received the Lease Transactions award, and associate Sara Soliman received the Rising Star award.
“We ended the year on a high note following a strong fourth quarter and an overall stronger year completing 114 transactions for $500 million, which was a 110% increase over our 2023 results,” CEO Jason Pucci said. “Our awards recipients excelled despite continued challenges in the market and produced impressive results and I congratulate them on their remarkable success!”
