Modern Elegance, an interior renovation company based in Manasquan, was sold to a private buyer. The identity of the buyer and price of the sale were not disclosed. Benjamin Ross Group, a mergers and acquisitions/business brokerage firm based in Southampton, Pa., handled the transaction.
Modern Elegance was established in 2006 and is an interior renovation company, specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. The company provides cabinetry, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, tile, electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry services.
Benjamin Ross Group, which represents business owners who want to sell their businesses, executed a valuation of the company and was hired as a business broker to sell the business, and identified a qualified candidate to purchase the business, as well as securing SBA financing for the transaction.
The firm claims to sell more than 96% of the businesses it represents.
