The Marq Teaneck prepares for resort-like summer debut

The Marq Teaneck, a new luxury rental in Bergen County, is preparing for its inaugural summer debut of its resort-inspired outdoor amenities.

As rental activity continues to flourish at the six-story building, builder Malas Development is ready to unveil the five-star recreation and social amenities that will complete the lively and active lifestyle at the eye-catching building, which has quickly surpassed 60% of leasing. Highlighting the much-anticipated outdoor amenities is a beautifully landscaped courtyard, which includes a swimming pool, sundeck, private kitchens, barbecue and dining areas, firepits and dog run.

The desired outdoor spaces join myriad contemporary indoor amenities already available to residents at the building. These include thoughtfully designed co-working spaces, private conference rooms, entertainment lounges and café areas that provide convenience and connectivity. Additional offerings include a state-of-the-art fitness center, pet spa, concierge service, package and grocery lockers, bike storage, private storage rooms and garage parking with EV charging stations.

“Residents of The Marq enjoy an elevated lifestyle that’s enhanced by its sophisticated amenity package and a socially infused environment,” said Mark Malas, managing member of Malas Development. “We’re excited to add the courtyard to the building’s world-class amenity offering and further boost its energetic vibe.”

Designed by CPA Architecture, The Marq features a mix of 256 studios, one- and two-bedroom homes, including select top-floor loft residences, in its first housing phase. Monthly rents start from $2,495 with limited time incentives available.

Upscale residences are loaded with designer finishes, including soaring 19-foot ceilings in select homes. Spacious walk-in closets, in-unit washer/dryers and spa-inspired baths with matte-tiled floors and shower walls enhance daily comfort for residents. Luxury kitchens boast full-size stainless-steel appliances, soft-close cabinetry, polished quartz countertops and large kitchen islands in select homes. Some residences also feature private balconies.

Located at 329 Alfred Avenue in Teaneck, The Marq offers convenient accessibility, with Route 4 providing direct access to the George Washington Bridge in under 15 minutes, while Routes 80 and 95 connect to key business hubs throughout northern New Jersey and beyond. NJ Transit buses to New York City are also just a short walk away.
