JCMLiving completes construction of Rosera Wesmont in Wood-Ridge

JCMLiving, a family-owned real estate owner and operator of multifamily communities on the East Coast, officially unveiled Rosera Wesmont, a 295-unit luxury residential community in the Aviation District in Wood-Ridge.

Executives from JCMLiving were joined by Mayor Paul Sarlo and local government officials, design partners, and community stakeholders for the ribbon-cutting event marking the final residential phase of the 150-acre Wesmont Station redevelopment, a decades-long effort to transform a historic World War II-era aircraft facility into a residential neighborhood. A massive Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical plant built aircraft engines from 1942 and throughout the war years on the site.

“This moment marks the culmination of nearly 25 years of vision and dedication,” said Andrew Weissman, director of North Jersey at JCMLiving, where leasing has started. “Once home to a historic aircraft facility that powered the Allied victory in World War II, this site has been thoughtfully reimagined into a vibrant residential community. Rosera Wesmont stands as a testament to what’s possible when public and private partners come together with a shared commitment to progress.”

Located at 200 Rosie Square — named in honor of the women who built the aircraft in World War II — Rosera Wesmont was designed by Minno and Wasko Architects, with interior design by The Childs Dreyfus Group. Residents at the market-rate units will have access to more than 35,000 square feet of shared amenities, including a 13,000-square-foot pool, landscaped courtyard, coworking spaces, fitness and wellness spaces—including a multi-level gym, yoga studio, sauna, and bar, two sports simulators.

Prospective renters can select from 295 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at $2,285 for a studio. Units feature open-concept layouts, premium finishes, and oversized windows. Select residences have private patios. Smart technology integrations ensure convenience and security for residents.

As part of Rosie Square, Rosera Wesmont offers residents access to more than 17,000 square feet of retail space—including 3,000 square feet within the building itself—along with a 480-space parking garage.

The community is a 30-minute train ride from Manhattan from New Jersey Transit’s Wesmont Station.
