Lincoln Equities Group inks five new leases at Princeton Forrestal Village

Lincoln Equities Group, one of the region’s leading owners, managers and developers of commercial real estate, has seen a flurry of recent leasing activity at its Princeton Forrestal Village property — a 550,000-square-foot Class A mixed-use campus with 11 buildings in the Princeton market.

New tenants at Princeton Forrestal Village include:

  • Bayada Home Health Care, which signed a 2,060-square-foot lease at 116 Village Boulevard.
  • BPJ Holding Corporation, which signed a 4,200-square-foot lease at 116 Village Boulevard.
  • Pulte Homes, which will open a 2,800-square-foot design center at 107 Main Street.
  • Use Ready, which signed a 1,881-square-foot lease at 155 Village Boulevard.
  • Anasen Health, which signed a 4,700-square-foot lease at 120 Main Street.

“We’re seeing strong demand from both new and existing tenants who recognize the unique value Princeton Forrestal Village offers,” said Lance Bergstein, CEO at Lincoln Equities Group. “The campus continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants thanks to its prime location and flexible space options — making it an ideal environment for companies looking to grow or establish a presence in Central New Jersey.”

Additionally, the campus has seen multiple lease renewals from existing tenants like Regus, Surgical Center, Atyeti, Touch Associates and more — totaling over 50,000 square feet.

This leasing momentum follows a series of recent capital improvements aimed at enhancing the tenant experience. A major renovation of the property’s food court was recently completed, and a new conference and training room will open in June — providing a valuable shared amenity for all Princeton Forrestal Village tenants.

Comprised of eight buildings set across 52 acres, Princeton Forrestal Village is a one-of-a-kind campus. With accessibility to the on-campus Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village, the property features three full-service restaurants, along with a recently renovated food court. Additional property amenities include several outdoor terraces, a landscaped courtyard and on-site childcare at Harmony School.
