Lennar expands in N.J. with 4 new communities

Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, announced the grand opening of four new residential communities planned in New Jersey, continuing the company’s strategic expansion throughout the state.

Coming in fall 2025, these new communities — Preston Pointe in Robbinsville, Reserve at Turgyan Farm in Bordentown, West End in Hammonton, and Carnegie Crossing in South Brunswick — highlight Lennar’s commitment to bringing exceptional, highly sought-after homes to N.J. homebuyers.

“With New Jersey’s housing demand continuing to grow, Lennar remains focused on delivering thoughtfully designed homes in locations that offer both lifestyle and convenience,” said Dana Romano, Lennar New Jersey division manager. “These new communities reflect the values homebuyers care about most — accessibility, quality, sustainability and connection to thriving local neighborhoods.”

Each community has been carefully planned to create a vibrant environment complete with ample amenities, access to strong school districts and connectivity to New York City, Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore.

  • Preston Pointe – Robbinsville: Bringing modern two-story townhomes, Preston Pointe is ideally located across from U.S. Route 130 in one of Mercer County’s most desirable towns. Just minutes from the bustling Robbinsville Town Center, residents will enjoy convenient dining, shopping and entertainment options blended with peaceful suburban living.
  • Reserve at Turgyan Farm – Bordentown: This community will offer luxury single-family homes. Known for its small-town charm and proximity to both urban hubs and the Jersey Shore, Bordentown provides the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience.
  • West End – Hammonton: Within walking distance from local restaurants, shops and entertainment, West End will feature three-story townhomes perfect for those looking for connectivity. With New Jersey Transit and Amtrak stations just under a mile away, and major destinations within an hour’s drive, this community is perfect for first-time buyers.
  • Carnegie Crossing – South Brunswick: This community will offer modern townhomes in one of the state’s top-ranked school districts. Residents will enjoy ample amenities, including a community garden, a tot lot and sports courts.

All four communities will feature Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included program, where modern features and finishes are included at no additional cost.

“Our mission is to create more than just homes — we’re building communities where families can thrive,” said Romano. “These communities are a testament to our long-term vision for New Jersey and our belief in building for the future.”
