NJx Venture Summit to return Dec. 3 at Montgomery Innovation Hub

The NJx Venture Summit, a central New Jersey gathering for startups and investors, will return on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025, at the Montgomery Innovation Hub in Skillman for a full-day event featuring holiday-themed pitches, panel discussion and high-impact networking.

The conference, which runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., will bring together emerging companies and a diverse audience of venture capitalists, angel investors and corporate innovation leaders. Startups will showcase their technologies and growth potential through live, on-stage pitches across four focus areas: artificial intelligence, biotech and medtech, cleantech and alternative assets.

Investor judges will be on site to provide direct feedback, evaluate opportunities and engage with founders one-on-one. The day will also feature themed holiday networking following the pitch sessions and panels.

This winter’s summit builds on the momentum of the July 2025 NJx Venture Summit, where 34 startups presented and regional leaders discussed trends and opportunities within New Jersey’s innovation ecosystem.

Jim Barrood.

The keynote address will be delivered by Jim Barrood, founder of Innovation+, Innovate 100 and Jersey Tech & Innovation, who has spent the past 25 years building and celebrating New Jersey’s tradition of innovation through advocacy and ecosystem development.

Who Should Attend:

  • Startups: Early-stage and growth-stage companies seeking capital, mentorship and visibility.
  • Investors: Venture capitalists, angel investors, family offices and corporate venture teams looking for vetted deal flow and regional exposure.
  • Ecosystem Partners: Universities, accelerators, corporate innovation teams, professional services firms and public-sector organizations supporting entrepreneurship and economic development.

A limited number of startup presentation slots are available in each of the four pitch tracks. Founders interested in pitching are encouraged to apply early through the summit website.
