Siciliano named 2026 New Jersey Realtors president

New Jersey Realtors, the statewide trade association, has named Gloria Siciliano as its 2026 president, along with the full 2026 leadership team: Judy Moriarty as president-elect, Janet Ginsberg as first vice president, Phil Greco as treasurer and Doug Tomson as chief executive officer.

Siciliano brings more than 27 years of real estate experience to her role as president. After earning her broker’s license in 2001, she opened RE/MAX Gateway in Ocean Township in 2006 and later expanded operations to Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. Siciliano has served on the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors since 2012. On the state level, she previously served as president-elect in 2025 and treasurer in 2022 and 2023, and she continues to serve on the New Jersey Realtors Board of Directors.

She serves on the NAR State and Local Issues Policy Committee, the New Jersey Realtors Board of Directors, and has held key leadership roles in communications, advocacy and finance.

A realtor since 2002, Greco is a past president of the Mid Jersey Association of Realtors and the association’s 2024 Realtor of the Year. He has served on committees at the national, state, and local levels and is deeply engaged in community service, including longstanding leadership within the American Legion.

As CEO of New Jersey Realtors, Tomson leads the state’s largest trade association for real estate professionals, championing private property rights and empowering realtors statewide.
