Porzio, Bromberg & Newman opens new 43K SF headquarters in Parsippany

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., a multidisciplinary law firm with over 100 attorneys across 10 locations, announced a refreshed brand and the official opening of its new corporate headquarters in Parsippany.

The 43,000-square-foot space, located at 5 Sylvan Way, is part of Porzio’s continued growth strategy, facilitating expansion in existing and future locations including office expansion in Manhattan and the recent opening of a new office in Naples, Florida.

“With our brand-new headquarters and our reimagined branding, we are proudly stepping into a brighter future at Porzio. This past year has been one of incredible growth, and these strategic changes mark the beginning of our renewed investment into our community and our clients,” said Vito A. Gagliardi Jr. , managing principal of Porzio.

“We are celebrating our long-standing history while pushing Porzio forward as we continue to develop not only our physical spaces but an evolved practice offering, better serving our clients across the country.”

The new space will feature an increased open concept, additional natural lighting and standing desks for all employees to offer flexibility in both remote and in-person settings. The space will also have an on-site health center, larger cafeteria space and EV chargers for employees and clients.

The revitalized town hall space will allow the team to facilitate community events, legal industry events and corporate training both in person and virtually.

Featured throughout the building will be artwork created by members of the Matheny fine arts program, a nonprofit in Peapack that supports and cares for local children and adults with special needs and medically complex developmental disabilities.

Porzio also recycled most of the furniture from its previous location, donating any unused pieces to the New Providence Public Library, Catholic Charities, Homeless Solutions and Matheny.
