Two companies have renewed leases at a Fairfield office building, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.
Allied Beverage renewed its 80,934-square-foot lease, and Allstate Flooring expanded its lease to 12,678 square feet at 111 Lehigh Drive, a 135,800-square-foot mixed-use property.
Sheldon Gross’ Robert Nathin, senior vice president, managed both transactions.
“This building is in a stellar location — immediately adjacent to Route 46, one mile from (Interstate) 80 and two miles from (Interstate 280),” Nathin said in a prepared statement. “It’s a marvelous place from which to conduct business — as the renewal of these two leases demonstrates.”
